People in focus
In this area, we are primarily interested in how to understand the effect of food on human health.
We also also try to understand on a system level how consumer needs, food security and culture influence the design of products and processes. The basic science is human nutrition, food hygiene, probiotics and the interdisciplinarity between technology and social sciences.
